Accommodation:

At most of the places where we organize cultural tours & teahouse treks we provide the best available accommodations for overnight stay. While on camping trek we provide the best trekking equipment with high international standard tents with duffel or kit bags. Clients are provided 2-3 inch thick foam mattresses and sleeping bags for sound sleep.

Food:

During the trek all cooking is carefully supervised by our professional cook. He serves varieties of food from traditional Nepali daal/ bhat to pasta, pizza as well as Chinese & Indian cuisine.

Transportation:

We have our own private transport –car or van depending on group size. In Tibet we provide private 4WD Japanese land-cruisers. Our drivers are well experienced, both on driving and mechanical maintenance. They speak little amount of English, but they are delighted to point out the best spots en-route for photography.

Our Guides:

All our guides are highly trained in all aspects of trekking, conservation, and first-aid and emergency evacuation. They all are very much professional, knowledgeable and passionate in the field of tourism. They are local guides and their English is limited to trek-related topics. They know very well how to facilitate running smooth and safe trip appreciating the beauty of the Himalayan world.

Office Staff:

Most of our staff with responsibilities in tour correspondence and operations are well versed in communicating in multiple languages including English, German, Japanese and French. The company also maintains multilingual guides in its payroll.

Responsible Tourism:

Our company is committed to responsible tourism in the areas where we organize treks and expedition. We use kerosene stoves for cooking in every trips. We meticulously carry bag all our refuse or wastage products to Kathmandu or transfer them to designated dumping sites. Preserving the fragile environment is our great concern.
