Deposit Requirement & Payment
In order to confirm your bookings we require a non – refundable amount of USD 200 Per Person for Nepal Part. For Tibet part you need to transfer USD 300 Per Person as non – refundable deposit via bank transfer ( Wire transfer ) to our bank account. The rest payment of the tour you can make upon arrival in Kathmandu before your tour begins. We accept cash USD, Euro or any other convertible currencies. We also accept final payment by a major credit card visa or master card.
But, in regard to the country like Bhutan , the clients are urged to pay their full amount of the demanded tour in advance at least 1 month prior to their arrival in Bhutan as per the immigration policy of Bhutan government.
Note : You are required to pay extra bank charge ( whatever the amount it may be ) at your end by yourself. It means full tour cost must be reached or received to us without any bank deduction.
We then send you a pro-forma invoice and banking details once we receive an initial payment of the non-refundable amount. Your final invoice will be provided to you upon arrival in Kathmandu prior to trip departure. You need to pay the full balance amount of the trip.

All our itineraries & prices are valid until 31 December 2011. Price is subject to change for 2012. Prices are quoted at the time of booking. Details of what our prices include are set out in our tour/trek itineraries. Optional services are available upon request but will incur an extra charge.
